3.Next, tie the second layer of petals. This layer of petals should be slightly higher than the inner petals. The third layer of petals is also higher than the second layer of petals. If the flower you want to make is larger, the same applies.

4.The outermost petals need to be in a state of outward expansion. There is no need to be higher than the inner petals, and it can even be slightly shorter.
