3.14 Chanhua Beaded Edge Petal

1. Prepare two pieces of 0.4mm copper wire, silk threads, a template, and some 2mm beads.

2. Place the two copper wires under the template. Wrap a short section with silk thread to hold them.

3. Pull out one of the copper wires. Thread a few beads onto it.

4. Pull the wire back so it lies against the edge of the template. Wrap the thread around it once to secure.

5. Pull the same wire out again. Thread a few more beads onto it. Pull the wire back against the template edge. Then continue wrapping the thread on the template for a short distance.

6. Repeat the previous steps until you have wrapped the whole template. Your beaded edge petal is now complete.
