Our products are purely handmade, more styles, flexible and changeable, sometimes need to change according to the needs of customers, so we can not store a large number of products. If you need to buy our products, please book in advance, the working time is usually about one week. Some works are too complicated due to the workmanship, or the creator has more orders, the time will be extended appropriately, but usually not more than a month.
If you do not want to continue to buy your booking within 24 hours after the order, you can apply for a full refund. More than 24 hours and before shipment, if you initiate a refund at this time, you have to charge 50% of the penalty, because we can not be sure that others will be continued to buy your customized products, once the goods are sent out, you will not be able to initiate a refund return application. We will give you a video of the product before the goods are sent out, as well as sealing video, after confirming that there is no error,we will send out the product to you. If the product was damaged in transit, please contact our staff in a timely manner.
