Our products are purely handmade, more styles, flexible and changeable, sometimes need to change according to the needs of customers, so we can not store a large number of products. Some works are too complicated due to the workmanship, or the creator has more orders, the time will be extended appropriately, but usually not more than a month.
If you do not want to continue to buy your booking within 24 hours after the order, you can apply for a full refund. More than 24 hours and before shipment, if you initiate a refund at this time, you have to charge 50% of the penalty, because we can not be sure that others will be continued to buy your customized products, once the goods are sent out, you will not be able to initiate a refund return application.
