Our products are purely handmade, currently only accept reservations, no stock, the production time is generally about ten days, some orders are too complex process, the time will be appropriately extended, if you have special requirements for the order of the material, color and main body, etc., please contact us in time to place an order, we will follow your needs to make the order. After the order is confirmed correctly our artists will prepare the materials and start the production.

Before the goods are sent out, we will give you a video of the product, as well as the sealing video, after confirming that there is no error, we will send the product to you. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact our staff in time.
Our working time is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Beijing time, our staff will reply you after seeing the message, please understand if we can't reply your message in time due to time difference and other problems.
